Before Work Begins
Customers may request cancellation before our team has started working on the project.
If the cancellation request is approved before work has commenced, a refund may be processed after deducting applicable payment gateway charges and administrative fees.
After Work Has Started
Once project planning, consultation, account creation, design work, development, or any service has begun, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If partial work has already been completed, any refund, if applicable, will be calculated only for the uncompleted portion of the project at the sole discretion of Being Digital Preneurr.
3. Refund Policy
Refunds will only be considered in the following situations:

GST registration, company registration, compliance services, or any government-related application after submission.

Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, or any other eCommerce seller account creation after the registration process has started.

Digital marketing, SEO, social media management, advertising services, or consultation fees.

Online courses, downloadable materials, templates, or other digital products after access has been provided.
4. Online Courses & Digital Products
All online courses, recorded sessions, downloadable resources, templates, and digital products are non-refundable once access has been granted.
Please review the course details carefully before making a purchase.
5. Project Delays
Customers are responsible for providing all required documents, content, approvals, and information on time.
Any delay from the customer's side shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation or refund.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund request is approved:
